Professional Experience
Roger joined Campbell Taylor Washburn in 2011 as a senior audit manager and became a partner in 2014. Before that, he held several positions at a national accounting firm for 13 years. He has extensive experience working with owners and management of closely held businesses to solve complex accounting issues. This often takes the form of financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP utilized by his clients to obtain new financing or to comply with current financing or shareholder agreements.
