Historically, we hire experienced personnel only where we feel that there would be a career path that would satisfy that individual’s long-term professional objectives and only to the extent those objectives are consistent with the firm’s objectives. Where a capable experienced hire seeks a long term career in public accounting at CTW, they have gone on to very fulfilling professional careers as public accountants. Still others serve in important private industry roles, having been well-prepared for these roles by their CTW experience. As an experienced hire, you will be in a leadership position, working with other CTW team members to provide audit and assurance, tax, transaction, and consulting services to some of our most exciting and challenging clients. You will directly interface with client personnel on a range of engagement management, technical and business issues. You must be an excellent communicator - over email, in client/team meetings and as a presenter. You will need to continuously work at perfecting your technical skills while actively developing skills of our developing professionals. Most of all, you will have to possess a compelling desire to do great work!
